The Foreign Candy Company, Inc was established.

The Foreign Company, Inc developed the brand of Rips Licorice® as well as many other candy products and is currently located out of Hull, IA. TFCC has grown tremendously since the establishment and continues to participate in candy innovation.

2003

Rips Strawberry & Green Apple 4oz peg bag was introduced to the market.

Rip ROLLS was introduced with four flavors; Strawberry, Blue Raspberry, Green Apple, and Watermelon.

2008

Rip ROLLS Rainbow Reaction was introduced into the product line.

2013

Rips Rippin’ Reds and Watermelon 4oz peg bags were introduced into the product line.

2017

Rips Peelable Rainbow 4oz peg bag was introduced into the product line along with Rip ROLLS Cherry.

2018

Rips Cherry 4oz peg bag was introduced into the product line.

2019

Rips Mango Chili 4 oz peg bag was introduced into the product line along with the launch of Rips STIX in the flavors Strawberry and Blue Raspberry.

2020

Rips® STIX added Mango and Watermelon flavors to their product line and Rip ROLLS® Mango Chili was introduced.

2022

Rips Grape 4oz peg bag was introduced into the product line along with Rip ROLLS Grape.

Rips Pineapple 4oz peg bag flavor was introduced into the product line.
