Edible goods cannot be returned.
If you receive damaged or defective goods, contact us at shop@ripslicorice.com or 1-800-597-0416. We will refund or replace your product upon receipt of proof of damage or defect and proof of purchase.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 business days of hearing from us that your refund has been approved, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at shop@ripslicorice.com or 1-800-597-0416.
